It's Human Nature

Human Nature will be the featured performer during the opening session of the Rotary International Convention in Sydney, 1-4 June. Australia’s number one male vocal group, Human Nature will perform a Motown-inspired set. Celebrating 25 years together this year, Human Nature has released 10 albums, 5 of which reached No. 1 on the charts, and has received 24 platinum awards.

There’s so much to do in Sydney Olympic Park
In addition to offering world-class convention facilities, Sydney Olympic Park is a holiday destination in its own right. A vast array of family-oriented activities can be found just steps from the convention plenary hall in Allphones Arena and the Billabong House of Friendship at the Sydney Showground.

Expand your horizons during a breakout session

Gemma Sisia, founder of the School of St. Jude in Tanzania, is a New South Wales native who has used her grit and determination to help children in East Africa break the cycle of poverty. Sisia received land for the school from her father-in-law and sought the assistance of Rotary clubs to make her dream come true. Meet this remarkable woman and find other opportunities to learn about Rotary during breakout sessions Monday-Wednesday, 2-4 June. Download the preliminary schedule of breakout sessions

Give the gift of a book
Engage Rotary, Change Lives by giving a child a book in your language. During the 2014 convention, you can help Aboriginal children by donating books to the Labyrinth for Literacy project in the Billabong House of Friendship. Bring a new book or buy one from the Scholastic booth onsite. Books will be donated to schools and hospitals where they are most needed within New South Wales and Queensland.
